Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for social impact initiatives.
- Lead project teams in executing initiatives to address the identified challenges effectively.
Communication and Outreach
- Facilitate communication within Pantheon teams and with external stakeholders.
- Contribute to outreach efforts, promoting Pantheon’s mission through various channels.
Resource Management
- Allocate resources effectively to support project implementation and achieve desired outcomes.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring efficient utilization of funds and resources.
Reporting and Communication
- Prepare regular progress reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate project achievements, challenges, and lessons learned effectively to drive continuous improvement.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Establish monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess project impact and effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress towards project goals and objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with different teams within Pantheon to ensure seamless program operations.
- Contribute insights and feedback to improve overall program efficiency.

Salary $110,000 – $150,000 per year
Job Responsibilities
- Management of an entire project or series of projects, including safety, quality, budget, and schedule.
- Management of project launch and planning in collaboration with teams across the organization.
- Management of multiple projects with different team structures, including self-perform, trade partners, and general contractor partners.
- Management of client relations, correspondence, periodic reports, change orders and response to client & customer inquiries.
- Development of assistant project management personnel through mentoring and on-the-job training.
- Ensure project is closed out promptly and efficiently.
- Daily communication and coordination with Design, Manufacturing, and Construction teams.
- Coordination with internal departments including shipping, logistics, and self-perform.
- Project financials and change management
- Responsible for communication and coordination with client project management.
- Collaborate with jobsite team for planning site logistics for permanent jobsite installations and module delivery and setting.
- Collaborate with jobsite team for efficient management of site facilities and general conditions cost.
- Responsible for documenting and communicating lessons learned into continuous improvement processes.
- Manage relationships with customers, internal team, subcontractors, and local authorities.
