Your Role

As their new Project Manager / Scrum Leader, you will be responsible for managing and delivering end-end digital eCommerce projects. You will ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships & managing/meeting expectations. The role sees you working alongside a highly talented and award-winning development team, UX designers, and eCommerce specialists. You’ll be instrumental in honing that talent to produce the outcomes that their clients are looking for.

Requirements

  • Leverage 5+ years of project management experience with eCommerce or Digital/Tech projects
  • Scrum Master or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Experience working with multiple diverse stakeholders

Our Projects range from Retirement Villages, Heritage restoration, and Child Care centers to Multi-unit developments. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Project Manager, to take on some exciting design and construction projects, in the Residential Class and 2 areas. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to be based in the Newcastle Office.

Your Role

  • Liaising with clients, councils, financial institutions, and building trades
  • Managing project costs and schedules
  • Providing clear and focused leadership to project teams
  • Project planning and execution and managing the activities of design, procurement, and construction through regular reviews of progress and costs

Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years working on Commercial & Residential projects within the building construction industry.
  • Experience with management and supervision of sub-contractors & labor.
  • Solid computer skills
  • Carpentry trade qualifications
  • Comprehensive OHS knowledge
  • Ideally come from a carpentry background

About Job

We are looking for Multiple Project Managers to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
