Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and document product features and requirements that optimize user experience, translating them into Agile epics and stories.
- Ensure and assist in achieving and meeting project deadlines and schedules by supporting UAT activities, including defect triage and backlog resolution.
- Plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring they align with business objectives and meet quality standards.
- Train and educate customers on existing and new system features.
- Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training resources, including, but not limited to, videos and user manuals.
- Assess market and competitor trends, plus customer feedback to inform product direction.
- Provide support to customers on issues they may be facing with new features and help the support team identify faults in existing features.
- Lead business analysis sessions to support new and enhancement development efforts.
- Effectively discuss product vision, expectations, and development progression with business users and customers.
- Create user stories, user acceptance criteria, epics, process maps, data mapping, and formal requirements documentation that are well-defined and actionable.
- Regularly communicate with business users and stakeholders to provide feedback and progress reports on product vision implementation.
- Periodic travel to industry conferences is expected.

- Partner with Area Product Owners and technology team for ongoing refinement of product backlog and execution of the product roadmap
- Define the vision and strategy for what is needed to ensure a resilient and available foundational platform.
- Engage with other line of business product and technology teams to coordinate planning and cross impact initiatives.
- Work collaboratively across businesses / functional areas to define, sequence, and execute the digital identity platform renovation and investment
- Explore ways to simplify, automate and improve processes withing the agile team.
- Identify business and technology outcomes and OKR’s business objectives for digital identity management; the capability priorities that support them; secure funding, manage the backlog and build the reporting and analytics to measure success

Senior Product Owner:
Remote. Full-time
Key Role Functions:
- Partners with business strategy team and consults on marketing and communication delivery strategy. Communicates vision and goals to the internal teams so they can create actionable stories
- Look for enhancements to the messaging to achieve the strategy/goal
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests, backlog and change requests
- Collaborates with other Agile teams, as needed, for dependencies, alignment, and prioritization
- Works with project management team and communication owners to build a feedback loop
- Work to build out annual and quarterly roadmaps in partnership with business strategy and develop incremental planning meetings
- Develop and communicate the sprint goals, and make sure the acceptance criteria is met
